CLASSROOM TEACHER. Fixed-term until 31st August 2022. Post to commence 1st January 2022.

The school is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to commence on 1st January 2022 and teach a Year 3 class. The successful applicant will work alongside a strong and committed phase team within our wider staff team and will benefit from the wider professional opportunities available working for Ad Astra Academy Trust. The post is fixed-term until August 2022.

The school wish to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and imaginative Teaching Assistant to support the learning of pupils in the reception class.  Applicants will possess NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. The school is looking for applicants with excellent communication and ICT skills, who can develop effective relationships with pupils and colleagues, and be able to follow teachers’ plans.

Candidates will have experience of working as a classroom or teaching assistant within a primary school environment.

Candidates should be suitably qualified and experienced and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.

School Business Partner (2 posts) full time, whole time, permanent, Band 10, £27,741 to £30,451 per annum. Both posts to commence as soon as possible.

Ad Astra Academy Trust is entering into an exciting chapter of its development. To support this, the Trust are seeking two School Business Partners who wish to join our innovative and forward thinking organisation.

The successful candidates will work with the Chief Operating Officer and other Senior Managers of the Trust, to undertake a lead role in the planning, development, and delivery of the business support function,  in the areas across Governance, Finance, Human Resources, Estates and Health and Safety.

Both roles will play an important link role between our Schools and the Central Team.

The positions will be based at the Trust head office located at the Innovation Centre, Queens Meadow in Hartlepool, however the successful candidates, will be required to work across all schools within the Trust when necessary.  There may also be an opportunity to have a hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidates will have experience of working on operational and strategic aspects of a business function and be able to meet the criteria as set out in the Person Specification.
